How to manage an Outlook Distribution List
First you need to access the Distribution List portal:
- Go to https://outlook.office365.com/ecp/MyGroups/PersonalGroups.aspx
- It can take a moment to load sometimes
- On this screen, the right-hand side shows you the Distribution groups that you "own" or manage.
- Double-click the group you want to manage and it will open a small window in which you can edit the various settings of the group.
