Using the ticket system

For access to the WebUI of our ticket system we prefer that you use a Google account.  Faculty and Staff (and others who have them) should use their Chemistry Google Account through our GSuite for Education subscription (click on ) or other with a Gmail account can use that (click on ).  Please don't do both as this creates multiple user accounts for the same person.  If you don't have any kind of Google account you can use, you can either get one or you can register directly with our site to create a user.  Once you have an account, you can login and create or respond to tickets in the Web UI or via email.  Emails to create new tickets will be ignored automatically unless you have a registered user account.  This is done to prevent spam in the ticket system.
