How to manage an Outlook Distribution List

First you need to access the Distribution List portal:

On this screen, the right-hand side shows you the Distribution groups that you "own" or manage.
Double-click the group you want to manage and it will open a small window in which you can edit the various settings of the group.

If you need help with specific settings, contact the CSRs.
