To fix the problem with the error "You don't have access to manage apps" on your installation of Adobe Creative Cloud:
- Go to https://adobe.byu.edu
- Scroll all the way to the very bottom of the page (or press the End key on the keyboard)
- Click where is says "You don't have access to manage apps" to expand that section
- Click on the link to the Adobe Apps-Tab Repair tool for your operating system (either the one for Windows or Mac) to download it.
- Run the tool once downloaded to your computer.
- Log out of Adobe Creative Cloud and back in again (make sure to your your netid@byu.edu to login).
- You should now be able to install software from the Adobe Creative Cloud Suite!
